About martinjlm

martinjlm is a nut.  More accurately, he is a car nut.  And he is a gadget nut.  So it is fitting that he lives and works in the Detroit, Michigan area in the heart of the automotive industry.  It is equally fitting that he is employed in a position that allows him access to some of the latest in automotive technology.  Everything from the mundane (lighted cup holders…oooo!) to some technologies that might never see the light of day and a lot of cool stuff in between.

Wow! Its really amazing to learn that synthetic oil, & bolt grease somehow runs thru our blood. I too am not a bit of mechanicly inclined, but as a kid my father tried teaching me da ropes. As he said in his reply earlier, he was is a diesel mechanic among being a retired truck driver. Who would’ve known, (martinjlm’s favorite number) 30yrs later, the baby boy of the family would grave the world by becoming a truck driver as well. Very slowly im grazing the world of automobiles & there technologies.
Enjoyed the article. I will stay tuned in.
